Climate Change and Injury Prevention webinar

Climate change, including extreme weather events, is a priority area for injury prevention in Australia. Reducing the impact of extreme weather events offers great potential for long-term reduction of the burden of injury in Australia.

Join Injury Matters for the “Climate Change and Injury Prevention webinar”. A presentation will be provided by Dr Liz Hanna, Chair of the Environmental Health Working Group, World Federation of Public Health Associations and Affiliate: Climate Change Institute at the Australian National University. This webinar will provide a broad overview of climate change and injury prevention, and actions that practitioners can take to reduce the burden of injury from climate change in their communities.
