The internet and social media have empowered societies with enormous opportunities for people to communicate, engage and learn. However, digital platforms have also been used as vectors for disinformation, hate speech, conspiracy theories and other content potentially harmful to democracy and human rights. Current regulatory systems have yet to catch up with these challenges. 

Australia’s premier national implementation science conference for the health sector will be held in Sydney on 23 and 24 March 2023.

The second Implementation Science Health Conference Australia (ISHCA 23) will bring together leaders in implementation science and practice to share successful innovations and insights on how to sustain evidence-based healthcare improvement at scale.

Harm Reduction International (HR23) in Melbourne is set to be the year’s biggest global gathering for the harm reduction community and an important forum for professionals working in public health, human rights, drug policy and services for people who use drugs.
