How much does it cost to reregister?
There is a one-off administration fee of $38.50 (inc. GST) for registration renewal in addition to the AHPA annual registration fee.
Do I need to provide evidence of the CPD I include in the CPD tracking spreadsheet (or equivalent)?
No, evidence of CPD completed is not required. Applicants only need to complete the CPD tracking spreadsheet (or equivalent), documenting 75 hours of applicable CPD activities and submit with the reregistration application form.
What types of CPD activities are allowable?
The following categories contribute to the achievement of 75 hours of CPD:
- Education / training
- Conference / workshop / formal meeting
- Presenting / lecturing/ training
- Peer group reflection
- Mentored practice
- Undertaking research / evaluation
- Publishing
- Journal article peer review
- Professional activities

Please note that no single CPD category can be more than 33% of the total hours attained.
What if I cannot remember or haven’t recorded the CPD activities I have done over the past three years?
It is recommended that CPD activities are recorded soon after their completion. Alternatively, applicants may review relevant information sources when drafting their reregistration application, for example, work calendar entries, work training records, etc.
