Outside-in thinking: sources of inspiration for behaviour change Tickets, Tue 29/10/2019 at 3:30 pm | Eventbrite

Outside-in thinking is a business strategy that focuses on customer value and customer experiences and starts from looking outside of the organisation. Taking the perspective of an outsider is not comfortable and requires people to transcend the natural behavioural biases that prevent us from clearly spotting opportunities and threats. However, an outside-in perspective results in true innovation and organisational effectiveness. In this presentation, you will find out how to apply core marketing concepts of customer value and customer experience to design effective behaviour change programs. In doing this, the case examples will come from many different industries to provide inspiration from unexpected sources.

Places are limited, so please RSVP by 22 October 2019 for catering purposes.
