Tobacco Plain Packaging achieves intended outcomes of reduction in smoking

Tobacco plain packaging has been shown to be Healthy Public Policy.

The official Federal Government Post Implementation Review of the tobacco plain packaging was released on the 26th February 2016. The review finds plain packaging alone responsible for a quarter of the decline in adult smoking and there are further benefits expected into the future.
