The AHPA NSW-ACT Branch had a fabulous time at the University of Sydney Public Health Careers Night on 31 August 2023.
Over 120 students attended the careers and networking event, Pathways in Public and Global Health, organised by the School of Public Health Student Leaders Committee.
The in-person and online event provided an important opportunity for students to explore career pathways in public health and health promotion and to make industry and peer connections, with presentations by Ellen Rawstron from the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation, Melina Georgousakis from Franklin Women, Rohina Joshi from The George Institute for Global Health, Michael Doyle from the University of Sydney, and Yuan Ni from The Daffodil Centre.
Thank you, AHPA NSW-ACT Branch Co-President Miriam Delailomaloma and Vice-President Philayrath Phongsavan for attending and Ashleigh Sharman for your organisation and photos.
