Knowledge Translation Conference

The Sax Institute’s Knowledge Mobilisation Conference 2018 provides an opportunity to hear from international and Australian experts in knowledge mobilisation, share your research and to meet with others working in this emerging field.

Keynote speakers include experts from the Sax Institute and other leading thinkers in this space – Professor Andy Bindman, from the University of California San Francisco, Professor Nicholas Mays, of the Policy Innovation Research Unit at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and Professor Sally Redman, CEO of the Sax Institute.

Research can make an important contribution to effective decisions about policies, programs and service delivery. This conference takes a broad approach to research and recognises that research is undertaken by universities, by policy and program agencies and using co-production approaches.

The conference program will provide both structured and open opportunities for networking and building collaborations with colleagues in this field.

The conference will explore all aspects of knowledge mobilisation and will consider:
