The National Your Health Link Photographic Competition is a program developed by the Mid North Coast Local Health District and is endorsed by the NSW Office of Preventive Health and the NSW Healthy Kids Association.
The competition’s focus is to increase health literacy through the medium of photography, where community members are given a topic (Healthy Life Healthy You) to actively participate in creating visual images that represent the subject matter.
Through the photographic process, community members are required to investigate the subject, increase their knowledge base and access great websites like Your Health Link to learn about good health.
Schools (Primary and High School), Mobile and Open 18+ and is open to all Australian residents. School prizes include items that support healthy school canteen programs or similar initiatives.
