The Australian Health Promotion Association (AHPA) is conducting a survey to seek feedback from those involved in the recruitment, management or supervision of health promotion staff regarding IUHPE Health Promotion Practitioner Registration. Complete and share the survey here.
AHPA is the National Accreditation Organisation (NAO) for the International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE) in Australia. Health Promotion professionals across Australia have the opportunity to apply to earn the title of IUHPE Registered Health Promotion Practitioner. You can find more about the registration process here.
If your role responsibilities include the recruitment, management, or supervision of health promotion staff, we would like to hear from you. Health promotion staff are those whose roles encompass the IUHPE core competencies. They do not need to have “health promotion” in their role title. We are interested in the perspectives of those working in health promotion research, policy and practice.
Your responses will provide valuable insight into how the health promotion workforce is supported in becoming registered and how we can support employers to embed registration in their workplaces. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. All responses will be de-identified and results will not be disseminated external to AHPA.
