Proudly supported by the Australian Health Promotion Association (Vic/Tas), the Future Changemaker Award is a brand new category, recognising a young emerging health promotion student, recent graduate, or volunteer (aged 18-25) who demonstrates passion and energy in improving health and wellbeing.
