The AHPA Mentoring Program is progressing well. We are pleased to have found a mentor for every mentee applicant this year, giving us 43 professionals confirmed in the program for 2022.
The committee has followed up each mentor and mentee to see how they're going, and received feedback that suggests good success with the matchings. Participants received the first mentoring program e-newsletter in May, containing tips and advice to aid their mentoring experience, while the second e-newsletter and online Q&A session are coming up in the next couple of months.
