The Continence Foundation of Australia provides support and advice to over 5 million Australians affected by, or at risk of, bladder and bowel control problems and acts as an advocate for their interests. As the national peak body, the Foundation exists to serve all Australians by promoting bladder and bowel health.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced transformation agent to lead the redevelopment of our resources and information creation and management system.
Supported by a Project Officer you will develop and lead the access and information transformation project to ensure that a broad range of access to information engagement opportunities are created for all Australians who are experiencing or who are at risk of poor bladder and bowel control health.
You will review the current system and develop innovative ways to create/redesign products that will engage consumers as well as reduce duplication and waste.
You will work in partnership with key stakeholders to create cost effective and efficient systems that will embed health literacy principles, product resilience and robust accessibility for a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will use your understanding of systems mapping to underpin the transformation.
You will work with consumers and content experts to codesign products and systems to ensure accuracy and validity of information.
ABOUT YOU
You will have worked in a similar transformation role and have a thorough understanding of co-design and health literacy principles.
You will be a creative thinker and problem solver.
You will be highly organised and be able to communicate complex issues to a variety of audiences.
You will have a high level understanding of systems mapping and how the complexities of health services impact on stakeholders.
You will be well versed in using CRMs and data management software.
Ideally, you will have a health promotion, community development and/or communications background and be experienced in change management and highly IT literate.
