Jenny Philip-Harbutt - Company Secretary

Jenny Philip-Harbutt has worked in social welfare, education and health for thirty years. She has experience working in government and non-government organisations and has managed large teams as well as delivering face to face services with very vulnerable consumers. Jenny managed the Centre for Health Promotion for many years and was responsible for the Women’s and Children’s Health Network achieving WHO Health Promoting Health Service accreditation. In a previous Board term Jenny was AHPA Company Secretary for three years and has also been a member of the SA Branch Committee. In the past three years Jenny has become a local expert in Results Based Accountability Planning having co-authored a manual on the subject for the Education Department and facilitated large collective impact planning events across the state as well facilitating work with Aboriginal communities across the APY Lands.  Currently Jenny has the role of Manager State Partnerships with the Country SA PHN.
