Kate is a health promotion practitioner with almost a decade of experience working in a diverse range of roles across women’s health, primary care partnerships, community organisations, and the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation. Her current role is as Engagement and Innovation Manager at Jesuit Social Services' Centre for Just Places, where she oversees the Stronger Communities and Climate Justice teams. Kate's interests centre around climate change and health, social and environmental justice, and place-based approaches to health and wellbeing. She has a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) from Deakin University and a Bachelor of International Studies from RMIT. For the past three years, Kate has been an active member of the AHPA Victoria & Tasmania Branch Committee, holding roles such as Business and Governance Coordinator and Advocacy Coordinator. She also successfully completed AHPA's Leadership and Governance for Health Promotion pilot in 2024.
