Kylie holds a Master in Public Health and a bachelor of Behavioural Science. Kylie is employed as a Health Promotion Officer with the Townsville Hospital and Health Service.

Kylie worked across a range of locations including the Northern Territory and Western Queensland and advocates for the needs and development of regional community initiatives.
