This course is designed to provide knowledge and understanding of the role of leadership in health care. It focuses on helping individuals develop necessary skills and practices to lead and create collaborative and effective working environments in a complex health care system. The aim is on developing participant’s leadership qualities and skills that will help them to be more effective in their current and future leadership roles.
